Yangqiao Park / Hu'an Temple

Yangqiao was originally a wooden bridge spanning the old Lugang River, which was rebuilt several times into its current form. Yangqiao, also known as Yanggong Bridge, is a vital transportation route between Lugang and Southern Taiwan. When one pauses on the bridge, the clear river water reflects the bright moon, earning it the beautiful moniker 'Yangqiao Trampling the Moon,' which quickly became famous and established it as one of the Eight Scenic Wonders of Lugang.
