Shuiyun Suspension Bridge

The Shuiyun Suspension Bridge was one of the filming locations for the once very popular Taiwanese idol drama "In Time with You". The drama's lead characters, Li Da-ren and Cheng You-qing, once took a photo together on the bridge during an outing, making it a highly discussed and popular attraction. Driving along the Wenshui River bank road for about ten minutes, you'll reach the end of Miaoli County Route 62, the "Tai'an Hot Spring Scenic Area". From there, you can alight and walk along a gravel path for approximately ten minutes to reach the suspension bridge. By the bridge, there is a large rock with the four characters "Shuiyun Suspension Bridge" inscribed on it. The red bridge body spans across the green trees and mountains, making it particularly striking. After walking up the wooden steps to the bridgehead, many visitors imitate the drama's lead characters' poses for photos. From the bridge, you can enjoy the scenery of the Wenshui River Valley.
