Dreamy Tung Blossom Trail

This floral trail is located next to Mingde Reservoir. The entrance features a lush green bamboo forest with a small stream flowing nearby, giving the Tung Blossom Trail a unique charm. Once you pass through the bamboo path, a snow-like scene of blossoms appears. The blooming white flowers seem like mountain spirits gracefully descending. There are not many tourists here, allowing you to enjoy the blossoms peacefully. Self-driving: From National Freeway No. 3, take the Houlong Interchange, turn right onto Provincial Highway No. 6, then turn right again at the pedestrian overpass. Continue straight and merge onto National Freeway No. 72 (Houlong-Wenshui East-West Expressway). Exit at Touwu Interchange and turn onto Provincial Highway No. 13 towards Mingde Reservoir (Jianfeng Highway). At the 24 km mark, turn right onto County Road No. 22 (you will see a yellow sign for Jishih Temple) and then turn onto Mingfengshan Road. The entrance to the Dreamy Tung Blossom Trail is at the 5.5 km mark. Public Transport: From Miaoli Train Station, take Miaoli Bus routes 5801 or 5802 and alight at Mingfeng Entrance Station. The Tung Blossom Trail is approximately 5.5 km from here.
