Guangxing Li in Toufen City was formerly known as 'Luchukeng' because wild deer frequently damaged farm crops in the mountainous area, leading residents to set up numerous cabinet-style deer traps. The Luchukeng Trail, located in Guangxing Li, is generally divided into two main routes: an inner loop of 4 kilometers and an outer loop of 2 kilometers. It largely follows the ridgeline, with elevations gradually rising from 38 meters to 159 meters. The trail is densely forested, featuring a butterfly ecological zone, a firefly conservation area, a rhinoceros beetle ecological park, and more. The highest point, 'Niuhutu Mountain,' offers excellent views of the scenic Guangxing and Lankeng Valleys. During the Tung Blossom Festival, the tung tree forests along the trail are adorned with snow-white flowers, interspersed with lush acacia groves, creating a vibrant and beautiful scene. It is considered a secret spot for tung blossom viewing by many.
