Located on the west side of Zaoqiao Township, also known as "Datanpi," and adjacent to Houlong Township. The lake is not large and is surrounded by a road, allowing visitors to enjoy its delicate and picturesque scenery along the lakeside drive. Green trees line the shores, with scattered residences. Longhu Temple and Lingtian Zen Temple are established there, creating a serene and beautiful landscape with clear waters and spiritual temples. The lake water flows out from its northwest corner, into the Zhonggang River, and eventually returns to the Taiwan Strait. Lakeside residents raise nearly five thousand ducks in the lake area, transforming the emerald green surface into a natural spectacle of "ten thousand ducks playing in spring." Many fish are also raised in the lake. As the sun sets, thousands of golden rays illuminate the shimmering lake. Ducks heading home, fishermen, bamboo rafts, evening breezes, and returning woodcutters intertwine to form a tranquil and peaceful beautiful scene, making it an excellent place to appreciate rural landscapes.
