The Qingquan Scenic Area is a famous scenic spot on the route to Daba Mountain (Dabajianshan). It has been famous for its hot springs since the Japanese colonial era. Surrounded by mountains, with the Shangping River flowing through it, the area is serene and elegant. Besides the hot springs, the beautiful suspension bridges are also one of Qingquan's scenic highlights. Within the scenic area, there are four suspension bridges spanning the Shangping River, each over 100 meters long. Beneath the bridges, the river water is crystal clear and the distant mountains are lush green. In winter, the green hills are adorned with shimmering yellow leaves and vibrant red poinsettias, creating a picturesque landscape. These are the oldest and best-preserved suspension bridges in Wufeng Township. Additionally, the scenic area features other attractions such as the Qingquan Trail, Taoshan Trail, waterfalls, and indigenous cultural artifacts, resembling a paradise on earth. Visitors can enjoy both hot springs and scenic views here, making it a popular destination for holiday leisure.
