Mu-Ma Trail Site

The old trail is located above the Neihuan Police Station in Neihuan Village. Around the 1930s, when the Japanese colonial government was conducting exploratory coal mining in Neihuan, they unexpectedly discovered abundant timber resources in the mountains. This discovery led to the establishment of Neihuan's logging industry. At that time, timber was transported down the mountain using 'Mu-Ma' (logging sleds). Therefore, this ancient trail was named after it.
