The Twin Well

Although Baoshan Village has only over sixty households, it has nurtured over twenty pairs of twins, filling this tranquil small village with wondrous legends. The spring water from this well is sweet and pure, and villagers in earlier years all drank from it. The high birth rate of twins naturally leads people to associate it with the miraculous power of this 'Twin Well'. Today, this well has been renovated and is open to the public, featuring stone statues of boy-girl twins. It has become a popular destination, whispered by visitors, for those seeking children. It is said that by bringing children's favorite candies, biscuits, or Yakult as offerings, one can pray for good fortune to arrive. Regardless of whether the legends are true or false, with a devout heart, one might just feel the spiritual energy and blessings of this land.
