Crescent Bay

Crescent Bay is located in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County. Its coast stretches for several kilometers, filled with silvery-white fine sand, resembling a bright moon, hence its romantic name, "Crescent Bay". Crescent Beach boasts vast stretches of golden, clean sandy shores and a seamless blend of azure sea and sky. Besides local residents, it attracts many visitors from other areas and is an excellent spot for many couples to take wedding photos. Crescent Bay is known as a "secret beach" among many Hsinchu residents. People come here for picnics, and many couples choose it for their wedding photo shoots. The annual Zhubei Music Festival is also held here every summer. When visiting during the day, the sunlight illuminates the silvery-white sands, rolling waves inspire playfulness, and refreshing salty sea breezes instantly dispel the summer heat, leaving one feeling joyful and relaxed. Lying on the beach, encountering waves crashing on the shore, washes away the intense summer heat. In the evening, if you've exhausted all your energy playing in the water during the day, you can rest on the beach and enjoy the sunset glow painting the sea with hues of red, allowing the magnificent scenery to rejuvenate your weary soul. If you come at night, watching the shimmering moonlight reflect on the sea, you'll find couples sweetly snuggling together on the beach. Crescent Bay has a flat terrain, equipped with pavilions and chairs for resting, and also offers free shower areas for visitors. The natural ecosystem here is well-preserved; small crabs can be seen crawling in the shallows, and seashells can be easily dug up. Both on weekdays and holidays, it attracts many families with children, allowing them to connect with nature while enjoying precious family time.
