Crossing the Fengbi Tunnel, you arrive at the Shuiyue Recreational Agriculture Area, located on the west side of Zhubei City. It boasts rich agricultural and fishing industries, ecological resources, and unique rural cultural characteristics. Integrating with the tourism and leisure industry, it has become an ideal destination for Zhubei citizens and visitors to explore nature and savor local farm and seafood products. The Shuiyue Recreational Agriculture Area spans 480 hectares of farmland and fish ponds. It integrates resources from the surrounding Bazikou scenic area, fostering green agriculture and sustainable ecotourism. Here, unique venues like Shuiyue Leisure Blue Whale Fish Shack and Donghai Caimu Garden allow visitors to personally experience traditional farming and fishing activities, taste fresh local ingredients, and feel the rustic charm of the countryside. The Shuiyue Recreational Agriculture Area is named after the locally famous 'Crescent Beach.' This four-kilometer coastline, located on the north bank of the Fengshan River estuary, derives its name from its long, crescent-like curve. Crescent Beach not only features fine, soft sand and a clean environment but also serves as an important venue for the Zhubei City Government's summer music concerts. Attracting over 100,000 visitors annually on average, it's a popular spot for enjoying sea views, swimming, and wading.
