The Fuxing Tea Exhibition Center, located on the north shore of Emei Lake, is a unique attraction that combines natural scenery with tea culture. In the lush green courtyard, a stone sculpture of an ancient lady holding a pot and brewing tea stands quietly, becoming its most iconic landmark. The exhibition center is conveniently located near Provincial Highway 3, with Lion's Head Mountain and Emei Lake Scenic Area nearby. Along the way, visitors can admire the beautiful scenery where the winding Emei Stream, resembling a dragon, intertwines with the lake and mountain views. The park features a spacious parking lot and a recreational plaza, making it suitable for the whole family to visit. The exhibition center is divided into three main areas: the tea production area, the tea brewing and tasting area, and the exhibition area. In the tea brewing and tasting area, visitors can personally taste tea, experience local tea aromas, and even try the uniquely flavored 'tea-baked eggs'. The tea production area is open for visitors to observe the making process of Oriental Beauty Tea, offering a glimpse into the intricacy and meticulousness of traditional tea craftsmanship. The exhibition area introduces the history of tea and tea-making equipment through richly illustrated displays, and showcases many traditional rural tools, highlighting the strong Hakka village charm. This is not only a great place to enjoy tea but also an important base for promoting tea culture. The exhibition center has participated in various tea-making skill competitions for many years, repeatedly achieving excellent results, demonstrating the professionalism and dedication of local tea farmers. Visitors can taste a variety of special teas here, such as Sijichun, Jin Xuan, Cui Yu, Oolong, and Oriental Beauty Tea, experiencing natural ripe fruit aromas and honey-like mellow sweetness. Among them, the most unique 'tea-baked eggs' are made by soaking salted and air-dried eggs, then baking them in a tea roaster at 100 degrees Celsius for 15 hours. The egg white turns a tea-brown color, while the shell remains unchanged. They offer both nutrition and tea aroma, making them a local delicacy not to be missed when visiting.
