Huodu Pond Ecological Park

The surrounding environment of Pingzhen Huodu Pond Ecological Park is remarkably serene, free from the usual hustle and bustle. It features a tranquil pond bordered by bamboo groves that stand silently, as if guarding cherished memories of the past. This approximately 0.7-hectare ecological space, centered around the pond, was formerly an irrigation pond managed by the Shimen Irrigation Association, where fishing was permitted. In 2008, it began its transformation into an ecological park, blending local culture with natural landscapes. Its efforts were recognized in 2010 when it received the Taoyuan City Government's 4th Public Works Golden Quality Award.
