Leepai Color Pen Cultural and Creative Center

Founded in 1948, Leepai initially started with the production of mimeograph stencils for ink printing. Adapting to the changing times, founder Mr. Wang Song-Jhen showed great foresight. He later introduced pencil manufacturing technology from Japan, leading to the creation of Taiwan's first '88 Pencil', which quickly became an enduring legend in the stationery industry. Subsequently, to meet market demands, Leepai introduced Japanese and Korean brands for sale in Taiwan, gradually transforming into a new era and leading the stationery industry to another peak.
