Jiang Ji, with over sixty years of inherited experience, meticulously crafts various types of fermented tofu, selling them globally and enjoying renown both domestically and internationally. In 2004, Jiang Ji officially changed its name to Shin Pon-Lai Foods Co., Ltd., embarking on a new stage of corporate management. In 2011, Shin Pon-Lai Foods established a new factory in Zhongli, Taoyuan, and simultaneously opened the [Jiang Ji Fermented Tofu Brand Cultural Museum] to expand public awareness of fermented tofu and the delicious heritage of Shin Pon-Lai Foods through its brand image. Jiang Ji Shin Pon-Lai Foods incorporates modern health and wellness concepts, implementing strict control at every stage, from material selection to product manufacturing. The products are made using carefully selected non-GMO soybeans, brown rice, alcohol, and sugar, absolutely free from preservatives, artificial colors, and saccharin. The fermented tofu is produced using traditional techniques and the latest equipment, and has obtained ISO22000 and HACCP international food safety certifications. Jiang Ji uses a unique golden ratio to create fermented tofu that is perfectly balanced in sweetness and saltiness, smooth, and not greasy. Strict quality control, combined with meticulous brewing, ensures the commitment to producing the best products. The Jiang Ji Fermented Tofu Cultural Museum originates from the deep familial ties of the Jiang family and their sixty-year legacy in fermented tofu. Through the establishment of the cultural museum, it aims to convey the rich, aged flavor of fermented tofu, along with the stories and memories accumulated over time, allowing the public to understand the culture and dedication embedded in each flavorful bite while savoring it. In addition to showcasing products, the museum also presents the culture of fermented tofu to visitors from the perspectives of its production process, cultural significance, and innovation, with exhibition spaces that combine professional R&D technology, traditional craftsmanship, and modern design. It also offers fermented tofu DIY experiences (advance reservation required). Through both static and dynamic displays, it showcases a new face of fermented tofu, distinct from its traditional image.
