Indigenous Peoples Cultural Center

The majority of Taiwan's indigenous population resides in Hualien and Taitung. However, Taoyuan City's indigenous population comprises 16 tribes, making it the city with the largest indigenous population in Western Taiwan. The Taoyuan City Indigenous Peoples Cultural Center officially opened in July 2004, becoming an indigenous cultural hub within the city. It is currently also listed as one of the Taoyuan City Story Houses.
