Pingzhen Baozhong Ancestral Temple (Yimin Temple)

The Baozhong Ancestral Temple in Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City, was built in the 56th year of Emperor Qianlong's reign during the Qing Dynasty (1791 AD). It primarily enshrines the Righteous Folks and was originally known as Yimin Pavilion. In the 7th year of Emperor Xianfeng's reign during the Qing Dynasty (1857 AD), local residents raised funds to expand its scale and renamed it Baozhong Ancestral Temple. Subsequent renovations and repairs have led to the temple's current appearance.
