Longtan Tourist Pond

Longtan Tourist Pond is one of Taoyuan's renowned tourist attractions. Like many other ponds and reservoirs, its primary function in the early days was to regulate water levels and irrigate farmland. Today, it not only serves as a major recreational spot for local residents but also draws numerous visitors from outside the area to watch the dragon boat races during the Dragon Boat Festival each year, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere.
