Guningtou Settlement

Guningtou was formerly known as 'Gulongtou.' Located in the northwest corner of Kinmen, it is composed of three villages: Beishan, Nanshan, and Lincuo. It was the main battlefield of the Battle of Guningtou in 1949. The primary surname of its residents is Li; therefore, the ancestral hall name 'Longxi Yanpai' can be seen everywhere on the lintels of the settlement's residential houses.
