Kinmen Botanical Garden

Kinmen Botanical Garden, located at the foot of Mount Taiwu, was formerly the Taiwu Nursery, which specialized in cultivating landscape saplings. Through a five-year collaboration between the Kinmen County Government and the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, it has collected over 200 species of South China and native Kinmen plants. The garden is planned to include: "Diverse Plant Species Cultivation Area," "Stream Ecosystem Area," "Bunker Exhibition," "Wetland Ecology and Aquatic Plant Exhibition Area," "Observation and Scenic View Area," and "Natural Ecosystem Area." Along with more than thirty bunkers within the park, it has become a botanical garden that integrates nature, education, and battlefield characteristics.
