Father Luigi Massa Memorial Park

Affected by the war, Father Luigi Massa arrived in Kinmen in 1954 and settled there. He participated in treating the wounded during the artillery battles and dedicated his life's efforts to the people of Kinmen, whose medical technology and equipment were underdeveloped at the time. The Father Luigi Massa Memorial Park, located by Taihu Lake in Jinhu Township, is precisely the site of the 'Catholic Church' where Father Massa treated and dispensed medicine to the people of Kinmen back then.
