Wudao City God Temple

Wuzhou is an ancient name for Kinmen. The City God of Houpu (Jincheng) was enshrined here in the 21st year of Kangxi (1682), when Chen Long, the first Kinmen Garrison Commander, moved his yamen from Kinmen City to Houpu and brought the City God's essence along. With a history of over 300 years, Wudao City God Temple has undergone multiple renovations. In recent years, it was rebuilt using granite, cement, and other materials, making the temple even more magnificent and grand.
