Houpu Chen Clan Ancestral Temple

The Chen family is scattered across various locations in Kinmen, making them the island's largest surname. With a thriving population, they are known as the 'Thirteen Chens'. The Chen Clan Grand Ancestral Temple in Houpu, 'Yingchuan Hall', serves as the main ancestral temple for all of Kinmen's 'Thirteen Chens'. Its ancestral hall motto is 'Grand Tutor of the Crown Prince'.
