Lion Fort

Lion Fort is located on the right side of the Wujiang River estuary, specifically to the right front of the current Fujian Provincial Government building. This place was originally a ferry crossing connecting Houpu to the outside, and has been known as "Tong'an Ferry Terminal" since ancient times. The coastal area nearby, from the sea extending to the high ground outside Jincheng's West Gate (where Kinmen Senior High School is currently located), was also a graveyard.
