Gugang Lake Scenic Area

The Gugang Lake Scenic Area is located in the southwestern corner of Jincheng Township. Gugang Lake is the only remaining natural lake in Kinmen, surrounded by the lush greenery of Liangshan, Hongshan, and Damaoshan. Weeping willows along the lake sway in the breeze, and the Hoopoe, a bird not seen on Taiwan Island, often forages on the lawns. The area is also a gathering place for various waterfowl. The beautiful scenery of Gugang Lake allows visitors to relax and clear their minds. It's not only suitable for children to run and play on the grass but also for an afternoon stroll or a visit to Gugang Tower, all offering excellent travel experiences.
