Located on the south bank of the Wujiang River estuary, the park is adorned with numerous large-scale sculpture artworks by renowned artists. These pieces are all crafted from the unique granite of Kinmen Island, showcasing the island's rich cultural heritage through three major themes: "The Land," "The Front," and "Historical Traces." The park also features small bridges, flowing streams, and the Boyu Pavilion, dedicated to General Hu Lien. Around it, the "Jinshi Wall" and "Doctorate Wall" are inscribed with the names of Kinmen's historical imperial scholars, as well as scholars from home and abroad who have received doctoral honors, serving as a testament to Kinmen Island's spirit of excellence and its outstanding individuals.
