Ye Huacheng's Former Residence (Ye Huacheng Wine History Museum)

Ye Huacheng's Former Residence is a two-courtyard, six-bay traditional Southern Fujian-style mansion. It is not only a representative example of Minnan architecture, but after its renovation, the Wine History Museum also showcases the development history of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor, Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor and culture, Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor and daily life, as well as themes like brewing, steaming, koji-making, and bottling. It is intended to be a culturally rich venue, helping both foreign visitors and local residents understand the Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor culture, which has evolved through military and civil administration periods to become Taiwan's famous brand with tens of billions in revenue today.
