Taipingshan Bong Bong Train

The Taipingshan Bong Bong Train was formerly the Maoxing Line of the Taipingshan Forest Railway. Starting from Taipingshan Villa and ending at Maoxing Station, the line is approximately 3 kilometers long with a travel time of about 20 minutes. Under the shade of towering ancient trees, with dappled sunlight filtering through, the tracks weave through the forest. Passengers riding in the open-air Bong Bong train carriages can directly experience the beautiful rolling green mountains along the way. Maoxing Station, the terminal, features self-guided forest trails, a native fern garden, and the Maoxing National Forest Trail. Our agency continuously carries out improvements to the tracks, routes, and software, strengthens staff implementation of standard operating procedures, and regularly conducts in-service training to enhance service quality and ensure operational safety.
